Therapy sessions begin with me learning about you and the concerns you’re wanting support with. We can then collaboratively create a shared understanding of your difficulties and decide upon a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.
I provide therapy sessions in my office in Bondi Junction or online, depending on what suits you best.

I provide clinical supervision to Psychologists and Clinical Psychology Registrars. My approach is encouraging, self-reflective, and with an emphasis on attachment and trauma. I thoroughly enjoy supporting others to build skills and competence, particularly in working with complex and high-risk clients.

FAQs

Yes, I offer appointments both online and in person, in my office in Bondi Junction. I’m more than happy to work with whatever suits you best, whether in-person, online, or a mixture of both.
-
Yes absolutely! I almost always have a brief phone call with potential new clients to check I can support you with your concerns, and it gives us both an opportunity to start to see if we might be a good fit.
I offer a free 15 minute phone call as part of my intake process. Please reach out if you’d like to book a call.

My private practice days of work are Wednesdays and Fridays. On Wednesday, I offer a limited number of after-hour sessions, however these times often come with a considerable waitlist. Please get in touch to find out my current availability.

If you’re eligible, and you’d like to claim a Medicare rebate, then you will need to obtain a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP before our first appointment which entitles you to up to 10 Medicare rebates per calendar year. However, you don’t need to have this arranged before reaching out to me.
Alternatively, if you’d like to pay privately, and/or claim a rebate through your private health insurance, then no paperwork from your GP is required.

Unfortunately, the office space I work in has stairs which may make it inaccessible for some people with mobility issues. If this is a relevant concern for you, please get in touch and we can discuss further, including the possibility of online sessions.
