A bit about my therapeutic approach:
Starting therapy can feel intimidating at first, so creating a welcoming space where people feel genuinely comfortable and accepted as they are is really important to me.
I enjoy bringing warmth, humour, and authenticity into the room - because while therapy can involve difficult conversations, I don’t believe that it has to feel clinical or overly formal.
My approach is always collaborative and trauma-informed. I aim to build a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe and be honest without the fear of being judged. I see therapy as something we work through together, rather than me sitting in the “expert” chair telling you what to do.
While therapy looks different for every person, the work that I do often involves helping people to make sense of life patterns, learn new ways to cope with difficult emotions, and reduce the impact that trauma has on their lives.
More about my work
-
Who I work with
I work with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of concerns, from short-term life stressors through to longer-standing emotional difficulties. I have a particular interest in supporting people with anxiety, depression, relationship and dating difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma, perfectionism, and emotional dysregulation.
Everyone is welcome here. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space for people of all genders, sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds.

Treatment approach
I tailor therapy to each individual person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws from evidence-based and trauma-informed therapies including Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).

Experience and qualifications
I completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of New South Wales and a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. In addition to working in private practice since 2019, I’ve worked across a variety of other clinical settings, including community, outpatient, inpatient, and forensic services. I’m equally passionate about my concurrent work in the public health system where I support vulnerable people often with experiences of complex trauma, chronic suicidality, and emotion dysregulation.
I am registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I also enjoy providing supervision to other psychologists as a Board Approved Supervisor.
